Delete your account
This page is about the account used by the game La jardinerie (Android app and web version) and by the websites flowgraines.fr and oretlienart.fr, published by Aurélien Bessonnet. It is one single account: deleting it deletes it everywhere.
Delete your account
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open “My Profile”.
- At the bottom of the page, choose “Delete my account”, then confirm with your password or your Google account.
Can't sign in? Write from your account's email address to contact@oretlienart.fr: your account will be deleted within one month.
What is deleted
- your account information (first name, last name, email address, gender);
- your access to courses, packs and Lumen Edit;
- any subscription, cancelled immediately;
- all the content of your garden in La jardinerie.
What is kept
- your invoices, for 10 years, as required by law;
- feedback sent from the game, for up to one year after it was sent;
- your newsletter subscription, which is separate from your account: to unsubscribe, write to contact@oretlienart.fr.
Erase only your game data
To erase the content of your garden without deleting your account: in La jardinerie, open Settings, then “Mes données” (My data), and choose “Effacer mes données” (Erase my data). Erasure is immediate and permanent, on all your devices. Your account and your purchases on the websites are kept.
